HOUSTON-Gravity Power & Rental LLC has launched the GenEyeTM Customer Portal. This new dashboard telemetry tool provides access for customers to view data from natural gas generators they have contracted to rent from Gravity. The dashboard displays the data in an easy to view format, with the flexibility to evaluate individual asset performance. The data available includes power output data, engine performance data, as well as asset location. Each data point may be monitored over time and easily exported to a spreadsheet for customer analysis. This enables customers to understand the capabilities of the equipment they are using and optimize their assets in the field. Gravity will use this customer portal to quickly identify Gravity assets in need of attention, whether that be parameters that trend out of optimal range indicating potential service interruption, or variances in power output usage that may indicate the need for an alternate asset as a better fit for the application. The GenEyeTM Customer Portal is another way Gravity continues to deliver on our mission to provide customer focused, reliable, efficient, and safe power solutions for microgrids, onsite operations and the direct power needs of our customers.
