Before joining Gravity, Randall served as the Director, Sales and Marketing at MSHS/PPG and Governor Control Systems.  Randall has held several Sales Leadership roles in the Maritime, Power Generation, and Industrial markets with Wartsila, Louisiana Cat, Rolls-Royce Marine and Kongsberg.  Prior to moving to Houston in 2000, Randall was born and raised in South Louisiana and attended the University of New Orleans graduating with a degree in Management.
